retrieve my balance

have been trying to get hold of maravedi in order to retrieve my account and the balance ....I have called the group and was told that maravedi operates separately. The office in Bellville and parow no one answers the phone the whole day. The 031 number provided is function. Now I want to settle my account and now I don't where to get the info about the company, yet the company is run by JD Group...this is really frustrating.
