retirement claim not paid

The worse mistake I ever made in my life was working for JD group after 3 months of leaving the company nobody seems to know what's going on with my retirement fund.Leesha Dhanpat and Emmanuel from HR department don't care about my claim as their attitude says it all.its very hard to get hold of them they don't reply to my mail and the lady who answers the switchboard her attitude is not helping the situation.so people be care of who you work for or do business with because JD Group its a no go area they will take your money and when its time do deliver they give you the middle finger and its not only from their head office but it happens at store level as well
