Refund request

I have asked them not to Naedo track my as ABSA do charge there Cheque account holders penalty fees even though they not supposed to, I have emailed them already on the 27/01/2015 with the proof and no reply yet on when the refund will be proceeded .<br> <br> Is this the way they treat their customers and when trying to call them to follow up you hold on for hour with no one answering your phone call.<br> <br> I demand a refund R276.00 into my account, this naedo tracking is just creating bad credit record for me.<br>
