Refund not actioned

<p>I had a lay buy with Russells and cancelled the lay buy and request refund in August 2016 even today m yet to receive my refund,I contacted cusomercare twice and still no progress they said the query will be escaled but still no results.my latest ref is ********** 267.</p>
