refund and no feed back

On the 24th of Aug we went to your store he bought a bed and a jvc sound system for his son, my husband. The manager,Alise, told us that we will be able to connect the sound system with the one we have at home. When we got home my husband looked on the internet and we couldn't. So my father in law told us to take it back. On the 26th my husband and I went to the store to ask how it works if we want to return the system. Alise was busy and we talked to the guy working their he told us we can just bring it back and exchange it. So we told him to find out if he can get us n 50" lg, hisense or samsung tv and we left. Alise called me and asked for my father in law and said to him that she ordered a lg tv from your Humanstown branch.</p> <p dir="ltr">On the 30th I took back the sound system. And Alise was rude to me when I told her we want to see the tv first before we take it. I told her R10 000 is a lot of money to buy something we haven't seen yet. So I told her she must give us a refund so we can buy something else and she said she cant give us a refundd because my father in law bought it and the tv will be there on the 3rd of Sept.</p> <p dir="ltr">My husband and I went there on the 3rd and she said se cancelled the order for the tv because we cant open our minds. She was rude to me and my husband. Since then my husband phoned her and try to get the model number and specs but she doesn't mmake any sense.</p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">Phoned head office to lay a complaint she is refuseing us a refund its been 2 weeks no feedback.
