REFUND

I had made a laybye at Barnetts for a washing machine and the money I paid so far is R2160.00 .And I went to store on the 17th of MArch to cancell my laybye as I can no longer afford to but the washing machine and was informed that the refund will be processed by head Office within 8 working days by Ashieda Es***,but since then up to now nothing and when I go to the store they always tell me the manager is not in.
