Questionable billing and client information/details

Since opening my account at Bradlows Claremont, I have never received a statement from the store/group. I went to inquire and I found out that my details from phone number to address were wrong and then was told that there are 2 months which I did not pay and I was shocked. I do not agree with their ways of doing business, their communication and attention to client detail suck.
