Poor Service from JD Group/Joshua door

I am very much disappointed with JD Group, I have had an account with them for couple of years which has been written off. I have been trying to contact them to have the account paid off however I am not getting any assistance from anyone.

I have spoken to Felicia who gave me Gouws Auctioneers numbers I have called those people who were rude and not willing to assist I then called back JD Group and spoke to Raden who was not willing to assist, I have asked him to transfer me to Thokozani Miya who is always in a meeting. I am very frustrated by this people, the gent called Raden was unable to assist and basically not willing. He later took my details saying I will get a call from his Supervisor till today I am still waiting for the supervisor to contact me. All I wanted from these individuals was the balance on my account and banking details where I can pay their money.
