Poor service, bad manners, rude behaviour

I called JDG in Randburg regarding my acc with Russels I noticed I have been paying for insurance and other charges I wasn't aware of apart from my normal instalment, the first consultant I spoke to nkhensani couldn't give me valid reasons as to why am paying for these charges and forcefully transferred me to ntombizodwa, nkhensanis supervisor who literally had bad attitude insulted my intelligence and kept referring to me as lady and shouted at me like I am nobody very disappointed that there are still consultants who lashes at clients like that. I would never refer anybody am close to, to any JDG that behaviour is totally uncalled for.
