Poor Service

<p>The JD Group has the worst consultants. None of them are able to transfer you to the right department.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first Consultant I spoke to was Veronica who kept transferring to wrong departments then decides not to take my calls when I call again. When I called for the sixth time I eventually got through to another consultant who works with Veronica and was able to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>The JD Group will get bad ratings if they continue to employ individuals like Veronica who do not have good communication and customer s****s.</p>
