Poor service

I have received poor service from bradlows and JDG insurance services. Its only been a year after I have installed the built in kitchen cupboard and the doors started breaking and coming out. I have paid a lot of money for that cupboard but I did not receive my value for money. The service I got after sending a complaint, from the shop to JDG insurance is very unprofessional and unacceptable because they do not communicate and have no customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. Very unprofessional. Dont waste your money. Even today I'm still waiting for my complaint to be attended.
