Poor service

So i have 3 accounts with these people ,so i happened to pay late due to financial problems but now i'm clear ,not having any arrears!

I requested an up to date on Tuesday the 25th around afternoon time ,they guy i spoke to said ,ill be able to get my letter within 8hours,today its Friday still nothing.

Yesterday ,i received an email saying i wont receive it because im still owing ,but owing what since its not even last day of June.

I just received another email,they are still refusing to give me the letter ...

Im definately closing my accounts with this company and ill never look back no matter how desperate i get!!
