Poor customer service

My broken couch was collected from my house on the 16 August 2019 and I was given ref# RO-GRAP-***, on the 28 August 2019 I was called and told that my couch is repaired and it will be delivered on 31 August 2019. I waited from the morning for delivery and nothing happened until 13:30 where someone told me that he was on the way to deliver, I waited again from that time nothing happened them I called the number at 16:00 to find out what is happening, he told me that he was on the way which is less then ten minutes away from my house I waited again the guy never show up. I called again and told the guy that I'm can't wait anymore I have to go he must deliver on Monday. I left my house while driving I saw him with the truck heading to my house I stopped the car and went back to him, and he told me that he is not going to deliver because I have already said he must deliver on Monday, that puzzled me because he should have turned back when he was told that and then he actually drove off. On Monday 2nd September 2019, I received a call again from *** number asking me if I have received my delivery and I said no, then I was told it will be delivered on 4th September 2019, Again waited for the whole day still nothing happened. I called JD on the following day I was given ANKIA number and I couldn't get hold of her almost the whole day. I called the reception again and they gave me *** number, I called the number and I spoke to Manqoba and he told me I have rejected the couch according to his record in the system. I was a surprised by this new revelations I asked when did I reject it since I haven't seen it? he said he will found out and call me back. Even today I still haven't received the call from him or receive my couch. I have paid my couch in full costing me R22000 and it never even finish a year already it is broken and now I'm been treated like ******* because you already got the money. Can you please give me my couch back or you collect all this nonsense you sold me and give me my money back. I'm getting tired of chasing you around.
