Please update my ITC & Payment accordingly

In March 2015 i opend an account at Russells they gave me buying credit of R20000 but i only used R15000. since then i have been asking Russells to update the balances on the ITC accordingly because currently it shows that the Opening balance is R4933 and Current balance is R14 933 as a results this affects my score because now it comes across as if i have used more than what i was offered in essence i have max out my credit limit. <br> <br> It's been 3 months now since i have requested this to be updated on Compuscan, XDS and Transunion but no one is doing anything. They keep on cc me on the emails which goes up and down but no change thus far. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS ISSUE CAN SOMEONE UPDATE THIS ACCOUNT.
