pathetic service ,horrible ,blind leading the blind

yet they call them selves head office ,they were supposed to be head and the branches ,such a pathetic service I received just to want to settle my account had to stay on the phone for 2 hours and get to deal with 3 *********** staff members they don't know what they are doing quick to transfer your call to other departments and not listen to what you want ,the saddest of them all was the lady who answered my call the last time she was clue less shame and confused by her own processes and was quick to transfer me to her team leader who also did not apologise for the inconvenience be of they don't have morals just sent me off .so it says all they lent from the best their team leader .
