Pathetic service !!!! cannot pick up payments.

<p>1) i get a phone call from a call center with no clear introduction saying i have not paid them in the first week of jan - i send through proof of payment from december and get no response. oday i get a statement from them saying i am in arrears, i call through and get told the finance man is on leave???? *** seriously??? you are supposed to be a company controlling money and one man goes on leave and i get a terrible credit rating???</p> <p>get your stuff together JD finance and sort it out PS. train your call center staff on general manners thanks!</p>
