PATHETIC SERVICE AND MANAGERS

After more than a month of requesting a refund due to a pathetic service I got from Jeppe Bradlows I still haven't received my refund or feedback from them. Upon doing follow ups I was told that my refund was processed into a wrong bank account I must wait for another unconfirmed period for them to redo the refund. I was given details of an area manager by the name of Marius van Niekerk whom her number does not exist. I sent her an email 4 days ago and she said she'll get back to me up to now I'm still waiting.
