Pathetic Service

On the 8th of December i bought a lounge suite from Joshua Doore West Street Durban. I had hoped that since i bought it cash and paid for delivery i will receive it soon. Today is the 12th and I still havent received my lounge suite. I was hoping to have it by Saturday and everyday im promised delivery. I spoke to a lady from the warehouse on *** at 13h59 and she promised to call me back. I called again at 14h30 guess what she had finished work so getting back to me was no as important as going home. The service is pathetic and i dont see myself ever doing business with Joshua Doore i would rather take my money else where then to be given a run around for goods i paid for and the delivery
