I increased my monthly installment with price n pride in order for me to get done with as quickly as possible at the same time my closing balance keeps going up monthly and I requested for someone to call me and explain to me why but they never did,there's a busisiwe mamfene lady very arrogant and never halpful and responds to emails two three days later and there's a Bekezela Mthembu supposedly her senior a refelction of who busiswe reports under and even worse who is never available.I receiced your statement yesterday and it is now R5000 plus and last month was a R1000 less.I will be cancelling your debit and will pay you useless group cash and I will do it fast because the bank I'm working for I bank with.
