PAID UP LETTER FOR RUSSELLS ACCOUNT NUMBER ***

I had Russells account the account was handed over to their Lawyers Brooksluyt Attorneys inc the account was handed to their lawyers with wrong name shop it was handed over as Price n Pride while my account was Russells however I settled the account last year 19 July 2019 the account is still in arrears they are failing to give me the paid up letter for Russells i was on National debt counsellors we need the paid up letter to clear the debt review status under my name they don't want to send me my paid up letter even if i paid up the account last year 2019
