PAID UP LETTER

NO ONE response to my emails or calls.<br> <br> Good day<br> <br> I have sent this request before and has also attached some proof of documents of the status of my record.<br> <br> I had an account with Hifi corp which was settle 3 years ago. <br> <br> I am currently under debt review and they can't issues me a clearance certificate until I provide a paid up letter of my Hifi account. <br> <br> I have spoken to many JDG consultants and has advised that because it was paid up more than 3 years ago they can track it on the system also they have mentioned that it might not have been migrated with the new system.<br> <br> Please understand my frustration as the debt is paid but I can't clear my name due to an PAID UP letter that no one can find on the system due to time period. Could you Kindly provide me with a letter to say the account is paid up and is no longer on the system.<br> <br> in the emails i sent to your queries depart i have attached many documents for proof<br> <br>
