PAID UP ACCOUNT AFFECTING CREDIT RATING

We purchased a computer from Incredible Connection, PMBurg branch, and signed to pay, (per DEBIT ORDER), it off over a period of 24 months, commencing 1/3/13 with 23 payments of R1 118.00 and one final payment of R1 097.34 on the 1/2/15. This contract has been upheld by us and account should be nil balance owing. JDG has handed this acc. over to a Debt Collection Co, namely BLAKES & ASSOC., claiming for an amount of R5 159.40, (incurring monthly costs since February (2015) to date), when in fact we over paid our contract with R154.66. We have sent PROOF OF PAYMENT to all 3 Companies involved. The Acc's staff at PMB Incredible Connection accepts - nil balance owing and contract completed, but JDG Trading and Blake Associates do not. We are receiving daily threats of legal action and our credibility has been tarnished due to this matter, because other outside transactions have been affected, they are either being held up or in some cases denied, during the process of trying solve this issue. We are utterly frustrated and don't know who to turn to, as we cannot afford to consult lawyers for advice. Your site was recommended to us by a friend. PLEASE HELP US TO END THIS AWEFUL CONFLICT
