Paid Amount Ignored

I payed R2500 mid March and to this day it is not reflecting on my account. I get charged interest every month where as my account could be paid off by now. Every time I call I get put on hold for so long but I can hear them talking in the call centre. They asked me to send my proof of payment which I did. I even got one of thos automatic replies to say that someone will contact me within 24 hours. That was on a Friday, so naturally I expected a call on the Monday or at least Tuesday. It has been about two weeks now and no one has contacted me. I called them again only to be put on hold for forever. When someone finally picked up the phone they gave me a completely different email address to send my proof of payment to.<br> <br> The account I payed to was confirmed as correct by the call centre operator. What I want to know is where is my money now? Why is it not reflecting on my account after 2 months? Will I get a refund for the interst charged?<br> <br> This is not the first time that I have had a problem with Hi Finance. They are horrible!
