Order paid for, no delivery in sight.

Placed and order with Eveyshop Online (Your Order #*** ) It has been 7 business days since my order was placed and paid for yet there has been no further communications with me, no updates sent and there is still no tracking info available on my order. Every time I phone, email or chat with their support staff, I receive the same feedback: The warehouse will call you. I am starting to think I got ****med and need to report this to PEPKOR and the FSB under the PEPKOR/JD Group FSP code.
