Nothing happening with opened account

I went in to the Incredible connection store last week to open an account, It was accepted 3 days later and had everything confirmed on the phone, not absolutely nothing is happening, I haven't been allowed to pick up my goods because I get the excuse that they are waiting for a form, this is taking way too long and have had so many promises saying \tomorrow
