NOIN RESPONSE TO QUERY LODGED

Good day <br> <br> I purchased a lounge suite at Morkels in Port Elizabeth(Govan Mbeki) and was delivered on the 13th March 2015. At time of delivery, the headboard and dressing table were assembled at my request. The chair that comes with the bedroom suite was still wrapped and the delivery guys did not unwrap it.Seconds after they left I unwrapped it and to my suprise the top leather part was torn, I then phoned the sales person I bought through and he escalated the matter. An hour later I received a call from a gentleman Xola who promised to escalate my complaint to their HO. Monday after not receiving any confirmation either from the branch or HO that someone was dealing with my complaint, I decided to go to the store. Met the Xola gentleman who phoned their HO again and only them I received an sms confirming receipt of my complaint.I was also given a lady's name (Carol) who will be dealing with my query ***) and I decided to give her a follow up call today without any luck. Phoned the ***number and no one is answering it as well. Can someone look into this matter as I have decided to return this bedroom suite if this query is not resolved by friday 20 March 2015
