No Gift provided

I received an sms from JD Group stating that if I buy anything for R10 000 or more, I will get a gift worth R2000. I then bought a SIENNA bedroom suite for R12 000 cash. The bed was delivered on Saturday but my gift is not delivered. I called them on a number of occasions and they are not saying anything about the gift. They are not ignoring my calls.
