No feedback since 23 Feb

I still haven't received any feedback from my query listed on the 23rd of February. I feel that is unacceptable. In the meanwhile I received a false statement as it doesn't have the right amounts on the statement I did phone and brought under the people attention. I requested a new statement before the 4th of March and I am still waiting on that as well. First time client but will never do business with them again as they can't keep their promises and can't do business properly.
