No Feedback! I'm still waiting... impatiently

I received a call yesterday after my first report about the disgustdisgusting service I had received from bradlows and their staff. I was told that someone would be in contact with me to notify me as to when to expect my delivery... did that ever happen? A resounding NO is the answer. Instead I have to call AGAIN, waste my precious time and money... Get given a number which NEVER gets picked up. When I report that the number isn't working I am told \to keep trying!"Do I need to cancel my plans yet again while waiting in vain? It's almost 12... third Saturday waiting for a delivery. Please do let us know well in advance if the product we are purchasing still needs to be manufactured! All I am receiving at the moment is deafening silence... no responses. Empty promises and the worst kind of customer care or lack thereof in this instance! When am I receiving my delivery? I'm at a point where I just want to get my refund and be done with your store. I know exactly where I'd rather go for an excellent and effecient customer experience! May I just add that I would not refer anybody to your store"
