No Feedback/Communication! Cant get hold of ANYONE

We have been struggling for the past 2 weeks to get hold of someone that can assist us with the staff account we have app**** for. First papers went missing, then it wasn't clear enough, then it was sent to the wrong department. NOW that this has been sorted out, we cant get hold of ANY one. Not at the JD Group nor Hi-Fi Corp Head Office. Staying online and on hold for 27minutes just to be cut off!! No one answers on *** nor ***. This is so frustrating since they don't have their finance dept in store anymore. What a disappointment. NEVER EVER will I recommend them. Unless there is a valid explanation and someone gets back to me I will keep pursuing an anti Hi-Fi corp group/JD Group Finance. I am embarrassed to be associated with them.
