Never Buying Anything From You again!!!

I will never ever buy from Rochester again, your customer service is non existent!

Its been 8 weeks now since my day bed was taking in for repairs, I have not had any updates about the status whether it has been repaired or not, there has been no communication. Yet I have never missed a payment and paying for a complete couch! This is disgusting!!!!

Why have a customer service department where there is no customer service?? No one ever picks on this number ***. Even now, I waited for 15minutes without any one answering.
