MISTREATED and CHEATED out of my provident fund by JD Group HR personnel.

I've been with the company for 6 years and 6 months. I resigned in July 2017 and my last was on the 29 July 2017. I filled in, signed and submitted all the required documents and even went for the exit interview. Now I find that my provident fund papers were not submitted. After a number of emails to Ashley Lakhraj (HR Manager) with no response, she was annoyed and referred me to Moses Malubane (also in HR) who also did not bother to respond until I threatened to take the matter further. He shifted the blame to Tanith (who was sick in hospital ""apparently") and was also rude to me. Eventually he promised to assist and forwarded the documents AGAIN for me to FILL IN, SIGN, AND SUBMIT AGAIN. Which I gladly did. This was on the 30 August (A MONTH LATER). To this day they are both not responding to me and I keep calling Alexander Forbes to check inquire, they advise my papers are still not submitted. Even today I phoned, still nothing and Ashley Lakhraj and Moses Malubane are still not responding to my emails.
