Lebogang Nyama , what a terrible consultant .

<p>I just called JD Group and requested for a gentlemen by the name of Lebogang to transfer me to a superior who would assist with my query as I've been calling for two weeks now and no one is assisting , he had the audacity to cut the call on me while I was still speaking and had a very terrible attitude . I cannot wait for my account to elapse with you people . This is a customer care environment , you do not treat clients like trash , we ****en pay your salary for Gods sake . I am so disgusted by such service . I spoke to his manager Thobile who was not much help as well . I'm genuinely left in awe of the service I got today . So appalling wow . Thank you for nothing . </p>
