JD Group not updating ITC Compuscan Experian

In April 06 2018 I received a settlement letter from JD group for account number *** ID *** up to date this account ITC has not been updated with Compuscan or Experian ITC ,this is really bad service and how can a big organization like JD group still punish a consumer after debt was paid in full. Attorney that handled account was Blake and associates.
