JD Group - Bad Service

I'm beyond upset by JD Group. I have had to deal with them because of my Incredible Connection account. I settled on the 16th May & was told that it would take 20 working days for them to update ITC. Today is the 38th working day since I have settled & still they haven't updated my details on ITC. I have emailed them numerous times & they blatantly ignore me, when I emailed them for the settlement amount & paid up letter they responded within their response time but since then they have just ignored all my emails
