JD Group and Pepkor Retail Defermation

I had approached one of there stores for an account have to say one of the worst group of stores to deal with. I qualified for an account with all documentation validated and they still declined with no reason at all after asking the consultant themselves are clueless. They financial department went as far on putting a comment on the itc financial system to be aware of this client as *****. Shockingly after owning a car Wirth 1million and a house worth 2.2million all my accounts upto date. I have no issues with any retailers but this group is something else. They comment had no grounds and no basis. It only effected my rating and was shocked to find that they couldn't provide any basis on this . Incredible connections APPROVED me again the following month same issue . This guy's need to be taken to task by the bank Ombudsman.
