JD Financial Services unable to provide me with an Copy of Proof of Purchase

<p>I bought a laptop on Higher Puch**** last year in April from HiFi Corp Newtown. I did keep a proof of purchase in my laptop bag together with a laptop. It was stolem 2 months later. Now, when i go contact JD Financial Services to ask for a copy of the Proof of Purchase, they asked me to go visit a store for further assistance. I did go to the store, their system dont have the capability of showing the product purchased, description, amount as well as the date of purchase. I find this really strange. All i need is the copy of proof of purchase that shows the description, product, date of purchase and the amount i purchased it for. This is frustrating, please help</p>
