<p>we had a problem with me paying the account due to my house burning and brnches refused to help me to check if i had insurance on my goods.now the listed me coz i did not pay.I gave them a call to settle the account and they gave me a number to call their attourneys ARA Group.i made an arrangement and they gave me discout which i did not ask for then i payed them as agreed.Now why have they given me a settlement letter without removing me from the credit bereaus?I think my rights as a consumer i violated.i cant apply for anything</p>
