i had an account with electric express and when they closed i was told to pay my account at russels i have been paying it and last month i was informed that i only have R900 still to pay and i then settled the account. Today i was sent an sms saying that my account has been handed over for outstanding payment to ADRS. Im writing this review as no one can answer my query in the jd group i advise people not to take on credit at any of ther stores russels, jd, hifi corp, rochester or incredible connection as it wil reflect bad on your credit record they try to ****** money from paying customers and send intimidating sms'.
