increased monthly instalment

I recently bought goods at Rochester and have signed the contract that my monthly instalment will be R1029 and now i have received an email from jd financial services claiming that my monthly instalmwnt is R1212,13. How is that possible? And i have been trying to call their customer services the whole day and no luck. Im not happy at all and would like to change our payment arrangements or even return your goods.
