Incorrect billing

On the 11th of December, I went to Russels store branch in Cape town Golden Acre, they contacted their head office and gave me a settlement amount to I paid it on the spot, now they have a nerve of telling me that I owe them, excuse me, I am sick of these people calling me and saying I am in arrears, for what? No man!
