Fridge not working JD Group #82550] a year later

I contacted JD Financial Services in the morning around 8am, its 5pm and no one has called me regarding the complaint I sent them. I bought a fridge a year ago and already the damn fridge isnt working. Perhaps what they say about Hifi corporation is indeed true. How does a fridge just stop working after 12 months???? A claim complains and no one contacts me. It says alot about how they value me as a client. They dont give a damn. This is shocking!!!!! No customer service at all.
