FILING OF A VICTIM OF IMPERSONATION RECORD TO THE SAFPS DATABASE

I was listed on their database since 2013 due to the ***** that almost happened with my ****** ID book. So I have been trying to apply for a deletion with no luck instead SAFPS and JD Group are giving me a run around.. I was given a letter that i should use when applying for a credit, loan, account but its not helping at all.. I've been calling them to remove me but always they say i should email my stuff & reasons why I want to be removed from the database..
