false promises

<p>So it was two months ago that I received a SMS from JD financial services that if I take something for R3999 or more they will settle my last payment and I was also phoned by one of their consultants and she also said the same thing but now that I took something of R3999 from one of the stores that was listed its a different story as end of this month I was suppose to pay my last installment I expected them to deal with it cause they said they were gonna pay my last installment. But on Wednesday I received a msg from price n pride stating that my last installment should be paid by the 1July 2017,so the same day I phoned price n pride customer service the same day and the lady that spoke to me said they will investigate the matter and they will come back to me up until then day they never came back to me so I decided to phone them again today so I was told my name is not on that list so I asked so why did they send me a msg soon was told to contact the branch I bought my Items when u dailed the number that customer service gave me but yet it did not exsit,so I have really don't know what to do I just want this problem to be solved and for JD to pay my last installment as they said they would</p>
