Failure to deliver base set

We bought a bed set online from HiFi Corp on 12 October 2020 because our bed was damaged and my wife is 8 months pregnant. I wanted her to be comfortable in these critical stages of her pregnancy. She wanted a queen base set to be comfortable and to use it once the child was born. I have not received any positive response from HiFi Corp and the call centre agents are arrogant and rude. I spoke to Siyabonga, Nkululeko, Peter who all said they will escalate the matter but nothing has been done up to this date. My wife is constantly asking me about when the bed would be delivered but I don't have any answers.
