DUPLICATE CHARGES

I bought good at POCO in Strand, Cape Town and their finance is underwritten by JD Consumer Finance (Pty) Ltd. Only after is purchased by them for a second time, I noted how they are billing me and after a few calls to their accounts department i was told to read by contract correctly and understand better.

I have argued with them that the double charging me every month on the monthly fee and insurance. Herewith an example of how they calculate on 12 month term:

good purchased : R1000
initiation fee : R100
interest : R200
monthly fee : R250 (R20.83 pm x12)
insurance : R200 (R16.66 X12)
total : R1750.00 / 12 months
installment pm : R145.83

On my account it is a follows:

Loan activiation amount : R1 100
payment : - R145.83
monthly fee : R20.83
Insurance : R16.66
interest : R32.65

My argument is if they calculated my premium taking into account insurance and monthly fee x12 months, how can they debit(add on) these fees every months again, they should then calculate my premium excl those amounts
