DOESNT WANT TO PAY MY REFUND

Good day<br> <br> Please note that I am really ****ed of that your consultants can take me for a gat like this. I have paid up all my accounts on the 15 December 2015 and still I have been in contact with them and my refund since then hasn't been processed. I have contacted my lawyers and they will be in touch today. This is highly unprofessional.<br> <br> I spoke to a consultant of your who gave me incorrect settlement amounts because he was so arrogant on the phone with me. I spoke to another consultant after I paid these wrong amounts.<br> Now its like I have to beg to get my ****en money out of you. Im really mad. Please note that I am not waiting another week for my R841 it may seem little to you, but its my money. I would like my money by no later than close of business today. Lucinda
