Disgusting Service from Bradlows online

I bought an Eye Level Oven from Bradlows Online on the 23 October 2019. I was first told by Elizabeth Motaung that it will be delivered in the 3 - 15 day delivery time. After the 15 working days I was then told it will be delivered on the 20th working day. When I called in today the 24th working day I was again told that the item as not been delivered to Bradlows. I even escalated the matter to the Supervisor Dereck Tapiwa and he cannot even assist to speed up the delivery. This is an internal issue within the JD Group and Bradlows and I am given excuse after excuse. As a customer I am disgusted at the poor service I received from Bradlows online. I am just told that there is nothing anyone can do and that I must just wait. The worst company ever.
