Disgusting and rude service

I app**** for credit at Hi Fi corporation +- 3 weeks ago. After wasting my time by asking me to bring in documents and then been told their IT system is down and the documents did not go through. Then I must come back in because my id did not go through. Phone calls that are never returned on time. Yesterday I lodged a complaint with customer care . Today the Port Elizabeth branch phoned to say I must bring in more documents. I then phoned and spoke to a guy in financial services who was rude and ****y. So far no one will give the top managers contact details. Ido not want their credit orever want to deal with them again ( disgusting experience)
