disappointing

I just read about complaints against you, I'm also in complaint, firstly I contacted u guys on ********** , ********** 100, I was promised a call back, I called again I was told they were not gonna call back n gave me ********** 458, again my R40 airtime to the drain, so ***********, with a damaged product I must run around like a fool!
